FIDE recognized and appreciate that chess is Gen Una Sumus, We are A Family for everybody so allows the membership from International Blind Chess Association IBCA, International Physical Chess Association IPCA and International Committee of Silent Chess ICSC.  They are chess players too and just want to play chess like any normal person, a big thank you to FIDE and they are not at the bottom of the groups.
