Phone More Important !

This is the biggest problem with most Malaysian, almost everybody have a mobile phone, some are pretty sophisticated and up to date with the latest gadgets of ringging tones, fb, everything even themselves in the mobile but in a chess tournament, all that is useless NO MOBILE PHONE ALL OFF NO BUZZING NO RINGING NO ALARM.
Role of manger or team captain was to ensure this is fully followed so its best to collect all phones and not bringing them to tournament hall but leaving them in the hotel safe, one wont die not having a mobile what more it is in foreign country.
This simple reminder are usually ignored and disaster as happen to top board Mas Hafizulhelmi, who lost accordingly due his alarm buzzing while the game was playing, hence lost by  default, who to blame but oneself and by an experience top player, say no more.
Remember Nigel Short lost early this year over the similar incident when he got a mobile phone as a birthday gift, everything off  except the alarm and top Indonesian Blind player lost because she forgot to hand over the mobile to her manager. Must laid out all the incidents as a reminder to all chess players !!
