From a total of 5748 games, advantage is playing White, which control 38.9 % over Black at 32.2 % but a high proposion of games ended up as draws consisting 28.4 %.  So playing White having the tempo and advantage to set the pace of the game utilizes the advantage and the 39th. Chess Olympiad proves the hypothesis that white have the initial advantage over Black.
