The Chinese Championships take place in Xinghua, Jiangsu 30th March - 10th April 2011. Wang Yue is the top seed. Of interest is the participation of 17 year old women's World Chess Champion Hou Yifan in the men's rather than women's event. Good practice for her world title match against Humpy Koneru later in the year. She is also playing on local ground having been born in Xinghua.
