 The following proposals were agreed at the General Assembly in Khanty Mansiysk. Changes effective from July 1, 2011. K factor for players with fewer than 30 rated games is 30 (was 25) Articles 8.26, 8.34 and 8.56. If a player has achieved a partial rating, each subsequent game against rated player is accumulated to the player’s rating (earlier three games in a tournament were needed) Article 8.21. |
