17th. LON CHESS TOURNAMENT 2013

at TIME SQUARE, THE 17th LION CHESS TOURNEMENT attracted 70 OKU's Chess players for a day of chess festival. It was a free tournament that attracted even Chuah Heng Meng who flew from Penang. It was mostly the deaf and physical making up the numbers and the blind players find it difficult with the timev contral.
