It have been sometime with my blog not up dated and no news ....but it been a saying no news is good news but not for sifu...so is the story about stroke and cramps for on 8 November recently sifu suffered both and now recuperating at home with help by family, but now able to face the PC but working with the good right hand only but give time hopefully will recover as want to be normal again and quickly.
