MAN UTD 2-0 TOTTENHAM

Ferguson: Gomes to blame for bizarre Nani goal

October 30, 2010
Sir Alex Ferguson believes Tottenham goalkeeper Heurelho Gomes was to blame for Manchester United's controversial second goal in their 2-0 win over Tottenham, claiming the Brazilian "should have known better''.
Sir Alex Ferguson: 'The goalkeeper made a mess of it'
Nani poked home the goal after 84 minutes after Gomes had placed the ball down, seemingly thinking his side had been awarded a free-kick in his area.
Nani, who had appealed for a penalty moments earlier, then swooped to score and, after referee Mark Clattenburg consulted with his assistant, the goal was awarded to spark furious protests from the Tottenham players.
"It was bizarre," Ferguson told ESPN.Nani's controversial clincher

Nani handles the ball just before he scores against Spurs.
"No-one knew at the time what was wrong. One minute the goalkeeper had the ball in his hands and next it's in his net. Nani looked back and looked at the referee and the referee said play on, so what can he do but put the ball in the net.
"You can look at the referee and look at the linesmen and blame them, but the goalkeeper should know better. He's an experienced goalkeeper. I thought he made a mess of it. I thought it was a penalty first of all and I think Nani felt he handled the ball. But the referee didn't blow for it.
"The referee played on because the goalkeeper took possession of the ball. He then went to take a free-kick thinking it was a foul. He made an error.''
Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp vented his anger at referee Clattenburg, claiming the official had failed to spot a handball by Nani, which led to Gomes believing Spurs had won a free-kick.
"It was handball. He put his hand on the ball and dragged it down,'' Redknapp said. "He should have been booked. The referee didn't see him handball it, that's why he's allowed play to go on. The assistant referee has seen it, that's why he's flagged.
"He's (Clattenburg) gone over and he's told him what he did, he should disallow the goal. He's handled the ball. If he's handled the ball he should be booked and it's a free-kick. So Gomes put the ball down for a free-kick.
"If you look at (Darren) Fletcher he's called Nani to get back into position because he thinks we're going to counter attack from the free-kick. Gomes puts the ball down to take a free-kick. It's obvious. Why would he stand there and leave the ball there after he saw him handball it?''
Redknapp said his side may have been able to claim a point if the goal had been disallowed, despite the fact they had already trailed to Nemanja Vidic's first-half header.
"You never know, the game lasts 90 minutes,'' Redknapp said. You dont know, we're one down we may get another opportunity to score. You don't know.''
Fletcher offered a third viewpoint - from on the pitch - saying that the referee had failed to whistle for a foul. As a result he said Nani was left with no option but to tap the ball into the unguarded net.
"The referee never blew. I don't know whether the goalkeeper thought the referee had seen a foul for simulation, but he never blew his whistle,'' he said. "The goalie puts it down and then Nani puts the ball in the net.
"It's one of those where nobody really knows what's happened, but Nani has no option other than to put the ball in the net. He's got the opportunity to score - he's got to score. We are always told to play to the the  whistle.''

It was a good laugh, like a stupido,  never assume like in chess, the game  is over unless  it is truly over, CHECKMATE and done, listen and follow the referee, the man with absolute power never make assumptions otherwise, a loud cracker joke on Gomes.  Never before ever now a recorded fact,a controversial goal and history...sorry Gomes !!

Baling Batu Sembunyi Tangan

My brother in law Dato Professor Dr.Hussien Ahmad gave a vivid advise in blogging or writing especially about other people NEVER EVER WRITE THE UNTRUTH even if you paid to do it or to write in anger as you might not be rational and you might go against natural justice to always remember if we believers in Allah, that our writings or blogging will be there for eternity and we are answerable to Allah even in the hereafter, if other people use our blogs and we do not moderate it them we are liable for the lies or untruth in it so it is best to avoid it as advised by a legal adviser friend from Putrajaya, as all blogs are monitored in some way.
Sifu knows that Sifu might be hard in blasting MCF tapi yang termakan cili dia yang terasa pedas but its the only wake up call for MCF as Sifu tahu kelemahan sendiri dan tahu menilai sendiri itu sebab nya lebih senang berkerja dengan OKU yang telah menyumbangkan 10 pingat EMAS sehingga kini untuk Malaysia.

HOW TO DEAL WITH BITTER CRITICISM

Peliharalah Aib Orang

Maka, ramai yang berpegang kepada moto jenama Nike, "Just do it".

Maka, salah siapa kalau masyarakat kita banyak cacat-celanya?

Indonesia's Mount Merapi volcano erupts again
Mount Merapi volcano as seen from Balerante village in Klaten, Indonesia, 29 October Mount Merapi is the most active of Indonesia's volcanoes
Mount Merapi volcano has erupted for a third time, with local people reportedly saying this was louder and stronger than the previous eruption on Tuesday.
The latest eruption happened at around 0100 on Saturday (1800GMT Friday).
Agence France Presse reported that it caused panic, with hundreds of people, including police and soldiers, trying to flee in cars or on motorbikes.
Ash was raining down in Yogyakarta, about 30km (19 miles) away.

Matt Burgess, a photography student from Australia, is in Yogyakarta. He told the BBC: "I was in a nightclub when a friend called to say there was a load of ash. I went outside and saw ash falling like snow."
But authorities say Yogyakarta is safe. The head of the monitoring body has said the risk remains lmited to the 10km zone around the mountain.
Nearer that zone, though, people felt more in danger.
"I heard several sounds like thunder," Mukimen, a mother-of-two who was fleeing with her family, told AFP. "I was so scared I was shaking."
There had been a number of small eruptions earlier on Friday but with no casualties reported.
Earlier, officials said two people who suffered burns from Tuesday's eruption had died from their injuries, bringing the confirmed death toll to 35.
Displaced people At least 47,000 people who live around Mount Merapi are staying in government camps or with friends and relatives, according to the National Disaster Management Agency.
But there are frequent reports of displaced people returning to check on their properties or livestock.
Government volcanologist Subandrio told AFP the new eruption suggested the government should be "more serious" about enforcing the exclusion zone and possibly widening it.
Alert levels have been raised on four other volcanoes, two of which are definitely showing signs of activity - Anak Krakatau and Mount Semeru.

The Orang Asli

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orang_Asli
www.iias.nl/nl/35/IIAS_NL35_10.pdf - Similar

Orang Asli land is coveted by powerful interests: for its timber and minerals, for conversion into oil palm or rubber plantations, golf courses, hydroelectric power installations, the Kuala Lumpur International Airport and development projects to benefit the other majority population.
The reasons behind Orang Asli relocation or displacement are often concealed from the public eye. Instead, for the Orang Asli, displacement is called development.Government policies aim to draw them into ‘the mainstream of society’, into the ‘right’ place and time. But the recent court awards to the Orang Asli in Selangor gave the Orang Asli rights over rights on land.

The ethnic label Orang Asli, meaning ‘natural people’ in Malay, replaced the term ‘aborigines’ used by the British colonial administration. Orang Asli refers to the indigenous peoples of Peninsular Malaysia who are not Malay Muslims, Malaysia’s main ethnic group. The Orang Asli, together with the Malays and indigenous peoples of Sabah and Sarawak, form the category of Malaysians known as bumiputera (‘sons of the soil’) who make up 65.1 per cent of the population.
The Orang Asli comprise 0.5 per cent of the population and are conventionally divided into eighteen ethno-linguistic subgroups. Both ethno-labels – bumiputera and Orang Asli – imply indigenous; Malays are classified as bumiputera but not as Orang Asli. Occasionally, opposition politicians raise questions about indigeneity and rights of indigenous minorities but these are quickly stifled by the ruling party, the United MalaysNational Organisation (UMNO). When questioned by the media, Malaysia’s first Prime Minister Tunku Abdul Rahman replied, ‘there is no doubt that the Malays were the indigenous peoples of this land because the original inhabitants did not have any form of civilisation compared with the Malays…and instead lived like primitives in mountains and thick jungle’
There is no doubt that Orang Asli ancestors settled on the ‘Malay’ Peninsula long before the predecessors of contemporary Malays. However, prior settlement does not accord the descendants political privileges. The musings of the former Prime Minister, Dr Mahathir Mohamad, are revealing: ‘Aborigines are found in Australia, Taiwan and Japan…but nowhere are they regarded as the definitive people of the country concerned. The definitive people are those who set up the first governments….In Malaya, the Malays without doubt formed the first effective governments….The Orang Melayu or Malays have always been the definitive people.

Excluding those living in designated Orang Asli settlements which would amount to about 20,000 more people.

The poverty rate among Orang Asli is 76.9%.[1] In addition to this high rate, the Statistics Department of Malaysia has classified 35.2% of the population as being "hardcore poor". The majority of Orang Asli live in rural areas, while a minority have moved into urban areas. In 1991, the literacy rate for the Orang Asli was 43% compared to the national rate of 86% at that time.[1] They have an average life expectancy of 53 years (52 for male and 54 for female). A high infant mortality rate is also evident with 51.7 deaths per 1000 births.[6]

KONVENSYEN Industri Sukan Malaysia (KISMAS) 2010

Malaysia mahu ikut langkah China

MCF LOST USD$100,000

Did not realise my blogging about MCF have annoyed certain quarters so let Sifu says this loud and clear to accept these blunderers who were checkmated and lost all their FIDE Championship to quit all their posts now and not wait for MCF elections.
Or they will be checkmated again in their opening moves, will not be allowed into their middle games for sure unless they can compensated MCF for the next 4 (four) years till the next FIDE elections deposited into MCF accounts USD100,000 per year for a total of USD400.000 for tournaments and chess developments in Malaysia.
Unless and until these money are  deposited all those who back Karpov and gave Malaysian nomination and vote should stay out of MCF totally for next 4 tears.
That's the money promised by Kirsan if we back him but MCF being arrogant and naive do not want to accept the money but accepted the little gifts in form of scholarship for the juniors. Seamed blur or bad backers on the wrong horse.  On one hand says no but under the table accept the little gifts. Chronic weird !!
What about Karpov promises ? Fat deal as he lost so MCF got nothing. Double losers for sure.  MCF must be ulter rich but sending players to carry the Malaysian flags have to pay through their own Mfb  (mothers fathers bank) pocket.

fide_logo_bigIgnatius Leong, General Secretary of FIDE, gave an extensive interview during the World Youth Chess Championships. Ignatius Leong spoke about the development of chess around the World, the role of youth chess and chess in schools, the 16th Asian games, and analyzed the record breaking WYCC in Porto Carras.

Read the exclusive interview of Ignatius Leong on FIDE.com , who Sifu believe will still be a good friend of Malaysia if not MCF, despite being run down by a Malaysian opponent at the last FIDE elections.
That black episode being uncalled for and unprofessional, Sifu believe should not be a stumbling block of handing out a friendship with the FIDE General Secretary and FIDE and Sifu will offer the hand even if MCF did not ask Sifu to do it but Sifu does it in the name of Malaysia in general.  We are after all a good well dignified people and we need FIDE in all our undertaking in the future.

This week we shall see an update in the Caro-Kann Advance Variation.  http://www.chess.com/article/view/caro-kann-advance-variation-by-gm-magesh-and-gm-arun. As we concluded in our last article the idea of grabbing the b2-pawn was playable for Black and in this article we shall see an idea for white to counter it.

In today's article we shall see the game between Karjakin and Eljanov from the recently concluded Olympiad. In this game White introduced a very strong idea and suddenly it looks like the whole system has come to an end.

In the computer's age it is also important to analyze the variations without the help of the computers. As we can see in this game, Black was well prepared to play this system and he continued to play the computer's suggestions. But soon ended up in a lost position. On the other hand White had analyzed this position thoroughly and came out successful. The final outcome looks like White has managed to refute Black's system. Hence Black should look for other alternatives and probably avoid the idea of grabbing the b2-pawn.
